Automated version control transmittals

WeBuild’s unique construction-specific algorithm ensures that your project contacts are always working from the latest version of the project documents, throughout the pre-construction and construction phases.

When new or revised documents are uploaded to the project Document Register, our system will automatically:
1. Update all trade packages with the new file versions.
2. Identify the project contacts who need to receive these updates, including all “active” bidding subcontractors.
3. Automatically create and send personalised transmittals detailing the document changes to those project contacts who need to receive them.
4. Track and capture date/time of download by recipients, and save in the project’s audit trail.
