What users do I pay for within a subscription?
Annual account fees are calculated on the basis of the number of internal users added to your company’s WeBuild account. All parties external to your company are able to collaborate with you and access your projects (subject to the level of access you authorise) via our Smart Emails or by opening their own FREE Collaboration Account.
Are there any setup or support fees?
There are no upfront costs or setup charges. We provide free support for your whole team and external collaborators such as Architects, Engineers, and Sub-contractors. The WeBuild platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. However, if you need any help with setting up your company account and projects, see our extensive User Guide (best viewed on a desktop).
Do I need to install any software?
No! WeBuild is a completely web-based program, so there is no need to install any software. All you need is a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. You get instant access right in your browser, and we handle all the updates and maintenance daily so you can just focus on managing your business.
Is there a limit to the data we can store?
No! Your company is able to store an unlimited amount of data for all of your projects which can then be archived for future reference once a project is completed. Project data is encrypted and backed up to ensure that all data is secure and safe.
