When files are added into a document folder, WeBuild’s algorithm will identify which contacts have access to these folders and prepare document transmittals ready to send out.

Automatic Transmittal Creation
All transmittals are first prepared in a “Pending” status so all updates can be combined into a single notification for your Project Contacts. Schedule a time per day and WeBuild will distribute the document updates to your Project Teams.
Automatic Bid Package Updates
All new files or new document version relating to your project bid packages will automatically update the package, and document transmittals will be created and issued to all actively bidding or awarded subcontractors.
