The change order (variations) widget displays a real-time snapshot of your project’s Change Order/Variations Register. It also provides insights in to change orders/variations resolution efficiency and notes the approval percentage of change orders/variations amounts submitted.

The average days to close a change order/variation notice is also displayed to give your team members an idea of the average turn around time for change orders/variations approvals.

Who can see the change order widget?

The change orders/variations widget can be seen by your project team only (i.e. contacts from outside of your organisation collaborating on your project will not be able to see it).
